Eastern Mediterranean University hosted Namık Kemal High School and Edirne Yıldırım Beyazıt Anatolian High School within the framework of the Sister School Project.
Namık Kemal High School Principal İlknur Şemi and teachers Özlem Tiryakioğlu, Harun Şentürk and 10 students as well as Edirne Yıldırım Beyazıt Anatolian High School Principal Hasan Boz, teacher Füsun Ulusoy and 10 students from the same school paid a visit to EMU Rector’s Office.
The visiting school representatives and students had a meeting with Vice Rector for Promotion Prof. Dr. Hasan Amca, who provided detailed information about Eastern Mediterranean University. After watching EMU’s promotional film, students expressed their amazement with EMU’s facilities and quality. At the end of the meeting, Prof. Dr. Amca expressed his pleasure in hosting two sister schools.
Following lunch at EMU Tower Restaurant, the group visited Pharmacy Faculty, Health Sciences Faculty, EMU TV and Radio EMU.
At the end of the visit, Namık Kemal High School Principal thanked EMU administration for their ongoing support. Edirne Yıldırım Beyazıt Anatolian High School Principal also expressed his pleasure in visiting EMU and thanked EMU administration for their hospitality. The visit ended with a campus tour.
