Atomic and Molecular Structure (CHEM231)
An introduction to quantum mechanics ? the laws governing the behavior of particles such as electrons and nuclei. Application of quantum mechanics to atoms and molecules to deduce the structure and properties of these species. The course also includes discussion of topics such as spectroscopy, photochemistry, and symmetry in chemistry.
