Eastern Mediterranean University Education Faculty, Fine Arts Education Department, Music Teaching Program is organising an array of activities within the framework of “EMU Chorus Days” taking place between 8 and 10 April 2015.
Niğde Fine Arts High School Acapella Chorus arrived in the TRNC with their chorus conductor Serdar Köşk to take part in the activities commencing on Wednesday, 8 April 2015. Having arrived in our country as a crowded group of students, Niğde Fine Arts High School Acapella Chorus will be taking part in joint activities with Eastern Mediterranean University Education Faculty, Fine Arts Education Department, Music Teaching Program Chorus.
Eastern Mediterranean University, Fine Arts Education Department, Music Teaching Program Chorus and Niğde Fine Arts High School Acapella Chorus will be giving a concert at Rauf Raif Denktaş Culture and Congress Center at 7:30 p.m. on 10 April 2015. The concert will feature songs from world chorus literature as well as Turkish chorus literature and Cypriot Multivoice Folk Songs.
Niğde Acapella Chorus will also be visiting EMU Rector Prof. Dr. Necdet Osam as well as EMU Campus, Famagusta and various historical sites of the TRNC during their stay. The aforesaid chorus will leave the TRNC on 12 April 2015.
