EMU Stadium
Organized annually by the Eastern Mediterranean University (EMU) Social and Cultural Activities Directorate, "EMU with Folk Songs" event is being held for the 9th time this year. The event, set to take place on Friday, 13 May, 2022 at 20:30 at EMU Yasin Düşüner Stadium, will start with songs performed by the EMU Music Club, Turkish Folk Music Group Mavra. Then, the night will continue with the concert of Edip Akbayram, one of Turkey's most famous Turkish Folk Music performers.
During the event which will be open to the public and free of charge, Edip Akbayram will perform his popular songs including “Bekle Bizi İstanbul”, “Güzel Günler Göreceğiz”, “Aldırma Gönül” and “Eşkiya Dünya’ya Hükümdar Olmaz”. Those attending the event will be delighted with his beautiful songs.
