This course examines the following: Definition and historical development of International Law; theories of International Law; International Law-Municipal Law relations; sources of International Law, customary rules, international treaties -conclusion, ratification, application, interpretation, validity and termination, general principles of law, judicial decisions, doctrine; subjects of International Law, states, definition of states and elements such as population, sovereignty, independence, territory land, air and sea (including Turkish Straits), different types of States.
