The General Principles of Constitutional Law comprise the following topics: The concept of state; types of state, federal state, unitary state; types of Constitution, rigid, flexible, and written constitutions; the concept of human rights, pluralism and political participation, authoritarian, democratic systems; political parties and electoral systems, the separations of powers and governmental systems, presidential, conventional, parliamentary, semi-presidential.
