Training on Good Management Law from EMU Law Faculty Academic Staff Member Assist. Prof. Dr. Can Azer

Within the framework of the organisation of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus Prime Minister’s Office, Eastern Mediterranean University Law Faculty academic staff member Assist. Prof. Dr. Can Azer will be delivering training on “Good Management Law” to various state administrative units.

Carrying special importance for the assurance of administrative power which demonstrates respect towards law and human rights, the training on “Good Management Law” will be delivered by EMU Law Faculty academic staff member Assist. Prof. Dr. Can Azer, who is also a member of Prime Minister’s Office Informatics Evaluation Board.

Organised with the aim of equipping administrative units with skills in the provision of effective and better services within the framework of the rule of law, the training program will be offered to all state administrative units to be specified by the TRNC Prime Minister’s Office.

The Good Management Law (27/2013) focuses on the regulations to be followed by state administrative units in their practices, rights granted to individuals in their relations with state administrative units,and sanctions to be imposed on state units and employees in the violation of these rights.
