Organized by the Eastern Mediterranean University (EMU) Communication Faculty, Public Relations and Advertising Department and Genesis Agency, a karaoke event was held for EMU students at the front garden of the Communication Faculty.
Sponsored by Medya Café, the event commenced with a music performance by DJ Osman Merter who is also an academic staff member at the Department of Public Relations and Advertising. The event continued with karaoke.
Students did karaoke and danced during the event which was organized with the aim of cheering up and increasing the motivations of the students prior the mid-term exams period. Public Relations and Advertising Department Head Prof. Dr. Anıl Kemal Kaya, research assistants and students actively participated the event by singing songs.
At the end of the event, the students who were happy with the organization of the event expressed their gratitude to Prof. Dr. Anıl Kemal Kaya and other academic staff members and asked for the event to be re-organized in the future.
