Gazi University Public Health Program Chair Prof. Dr. Nur Aksakal and Alban Promotion Ltd. Congress Organiser Bahar Alban visited EMU Rector Prof. Dr. Osam, who held a preliminary meeting about the prospective International Congress on Environment and Health to be held at the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus.
During the visit, Prof. Dr. Aksakal provided detailed information about the aforesaid congress and stated that they hope to hold the event in EMU. Prof. Dr. Osam provided some information about EMU and received detailed information about the prospective congress from Prof. Dr. Aksakal and Alban.
Prof. Dr. Osam stated that the issue of holding the conference in EMU will be discussed by the Rector’s Office and relevant support will be provided following the approval of the congress by the administration. During the visit, EMU Health Sciences Faculty Acting Dean Prof. Dr. Mehtap Malkoç was also present at the Rector’s Office. At the end of the visit, Prof. Dr. Osam presented Prof. Dr. Aksakal and Alban a frame made of lefkara lace.
