Operating under EMU Communication Faculty Public Relations and Advertising Department, Genesis IMC Agency is successfully carrying out the ‘Blue Bottle Cap Collection Project’, one of the social responsibility projects supervised by Eastern Mediterranean University Community Involvement Center. First initiated two years ago, the project aims to give hope to disabled citizens with financial difficulties.
A wheelchair which was obtained with the collected blue caps was donated to a disabled citizen named Ümmü Kubilay who currently resides in Alaniçi village. Aged 93, Ümmü Kubilay has been bed-bound for the last six months due to a fracture in her hip. The family extended their happiness and gratitude for the donation which was made possible with the efforts of Genesis IMC Agency.
