EMU-FLEPS Professional Development Courses Continue

The Eastern Mediterranean University (EMU) Foreign Languages and English Preparatory School continues to provide professional development courses to its academic staff. The said courses are being presented by prestigious UK based professional development course provider Norwich Institute of Language Education (NILE). A five day training on “Language and Language Skills” was presented to academic staff, the professional development team and administrative staff at the beginning of the 2019-2020 Academic Year. The intensive course which took place between the 2nd and 6th of September 2019 was delivered by NILE Instructor Susi Pearson.

“Very Productive Course”

A statement from EMU-FLEPS management indicated that the course was very productive and that academic staff who participated in the course found it to be very fruitful. Management noted that the Professional Development Team will be sharing what they learned at the course with all members of FLEPS academic staff via workshops and seminars. Therefore all academic staff will be made aware of the developments and innovations in English language teaching.
