In scope of the Eastern Mediterranean University 7th International Career Days, the Faculty of Communication and Media Studies hosted Orkun Özbatur, Senior Product Manager at Amazon, on Tuesday, 26 March 2019. Özbatur delivered a seminar titled “Find Your Place in the Heart of Innovation”. The seminar touched upon the requisites of career developments and career development strategies.
Özbatur, who is passionate about innovation and how technology can generate solutions in our daily lives, as well as building rock-solid teams to create these solutions, has over a decade of experience in online business in various industries from e-commerce to media, travel to logistics. The session was interactive, as participants asked series of questions to the presenter. At the end of the seminar, Ozbatur was honored with a plaque presented by EMU TV-Radio Director, Serkan Sen.
