Eastern Mediterranean University (EMU), Faculty of Engineering, Civil Engineering Department organized a High Honor and Honor Certificate Ceremony for its students who were successful in the 2023-2024 Academic Year Fall Semester.
The ceremony commenced with the opening speeches delivered by Department Chair Assoc. Prof. Dr. Eriş Uygar and Vice Chair Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tolga Çelik. At the ceremony, which took place in an inspiring atmosphere that motivates students, achievements obtained through diligently followed academic standards and dedication were celebrated together. Total of 16 students received High Honor certificates, on the other hand 8 students were presented with Honor certificates. Engineering Faculty Vice Dean Prof. Dr. Mustafa Ergil, Civil Engineering Department academic staff members and research assistants attended the event in which successful students were presented with certificates. Adding more, information about the 29th Civil Engineering Week, which consists of a series of social and technical events that are organized annually by EMU Civil Engineering Department, were shared with the participants. This year Civil Engineering Week will be held on 8-10 May, 2024.
