Medical Documentation - I This course aims to teach the concept and basic terms about medical documentation, the history of medical documentation, the basic properties of medical documentation, the scope and content of medical records as well as the importance, usage and main users of medical records, the numbering and ordering of patient records, the indexing used in archiving patient files, the architectural structure and features of the patient files, the patient file archive compartment and functions, organization models used in patient file archiving, managing and organizing the patient record archive are the main objectives of the course.
