The course aims at elaborating and practicing the cinematographic elements such as framing, composition, lens applications and depth of field in addition to teaching the advanced operating opportunities of digital video cameras at industrial standards. The course underlines the fact that the competence in cinematography not only lies on the technical skills and experiences in the use of equipment but also it is necessary to develop the creativity and the intellectual background in cinematography; in this sense, the techniques and issues which are considered as the milestones in the history of cinematography are to be studied in theory and practice.
