Basic concepts related to artistic skills; during development process kids’ line development; characteristics of line development; line development and its characteristics in the kids who need special education ; instructional methods to be used in teaching artistic skills (painting); adapting the instructional methods to be used in teaching artistic skills (painting) to the students who need special education; diverse artistic skills instruction; water coloring; scissor cutting; spraying; origami and candle making; making mask, puppets and bracelets; developing measurements scales for evaluating and developing kids’ artistic skills; preparing instructional plans; developing and implementing instructional practices.
