Judical Review of Administration (HKUK316)
This course covers the control of public administration. It examines: The rule of law and judicial review; the main judicial systems in the world; the development of judicial review and the Administrative Courts in Turkey; jurisdiction and jurisdictional disputes; types of judicial remedies in the Turkish Administrative Courts including the action for annulment, the full remedy action; the procedure practiced in the Turkish Administrative Courts.
