Eastern Mediterranean University Web Applications

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern the use of web applications, online platforms, and digital services provided by Eastern Mediterranean University (“EMU”, “the University”). These services include, but are not limited to, online application systems, student and staff portals, administrative platforms, and other web-based tools provided by the University.

By accessing or using EMU’s web applications, users agree to comply with these Terms of Service and all applicable University policies and regulations.

If you do not agree with these terms, you must not access or use the services.

2. Scope of Services

EMU web applications may include services such as:

  • Online application and admission systems

  • Student information and academic portals

  • Staff and administrative portals

  • Other digital services developed or maintained by EMU

4. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

All content, software, systems, and materials provided through EMU web applications are the property of Eastern Mediterranean University or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Users may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the systems without prior authorization.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, EMU shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the University’s web applications.

Users access and use these services at their own risk.

10. Suspension or Termination

EMU reserves the right to suspend or terminate user access to its systems if:

  • The user violates these Terms of Service

  • The user engages in unauthorized or harmful activities

  • System security or integrity is at risk

Termination of access does not affect any legal obligations that may apply.

Continued use of the services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Use of EMU web applications is subject to the rules, regulations, and policies of Eastern Mediterranean University and applicable laws.
