This course examines: General provisions, theories of punishment for crimes; definition of crime; sources of Turkish Criminal Law; the principle of nullum crimen sine lege, nulla poena sine lege; the elements of the crime -the material element and the moral element, the attempt of offense, participation in a crime, the state of second offense.
