Eastern Mediterranean University (EMU) Rector Prof. Dr. Hasan Kılıç paid a courtesy visit to Police Department Director Ali Adalıer, who has recently been appointed in the said position. During the visit, Prof. Dr. Kılıç wished Adalıer success in this new duty.
During the meeting, Prof. Dr. Kılıç highlighted EMU’s initiatives that prioritize social benefit and its strong collaborations with public institutions. Emphasizing that universities are not limited to academic activities alone, Prof. Dr. Kılıç noted their role as key stakeholders in ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of society. Prof. Dr. Kılıç also underscored the importance of the mission carried out by the Police Department.
On behalf of EMU, Prof. Dr. Kılıç presented a special gift to Police Department Director Ali Adalıer, expressing his pleasure at the strengthened cooperation between the institutions. Police Department Director Ali Adalıer thanked Prof. Dr. Kılıç for the visit and highlighted EMU’s role as a vital hub of education and scientific development in the country.
