Eastern Mediterranean Univetsity (EMU) Theater Club under the Social and Cultural Activities Directorate has organized a theater play entitled “Asiye Nasil Kurtulur?”. Haldun Dormen has made a guest appearance at the play that will be carried out at the Activity Centre until the 9th of May.
On the premiere night, EMU Rector Prof. Dr. Abdullah Y. Oztoprak, EMU Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Ulker Vanci Osam as well as Haldun Dormen made an appearance. EMU Rector awarded Haldun Dormen with an honorary award after the play was concluded.
Haldun Dormen hosted a conference after the opening night of the play where he answered all questions directed from the students and teachers. He underlined that he is never fond of over exaggeration in plays. When asked what he would become if he wasn’t an actor, he answered, “I would still act” and was met with laughter by the students.
