About Program
General Information
The fundamental mission of the Computer Education and Instructional Technology Undergraduate Program is to bring up qualified and well-informed professionals who possess and effectively use the information and skills in the relevant field in catering for the demands of the current age.
The four-year Computer Education and Instructional Technology Undergraduate Program offers education in three distinct areas, namely basic computer sciences, instructional technologies and educational sciences, all enabling our graduates to pursue an array of employment opportunities.
Career Opportunities
At the Department of Computer Education and Instructional Technology with the four-year undergraduate program, our students are trained in three specific areas including basic computer sciences, instructional technology and educational sciences. After completing their undergraduate programs, our graduates receive diploma in Computer Education and Instructional Technology teaching certificate. With respect to the structure at the current program, since our students are trained to meet the requirements for three different sub-disciplines, our graduates have high chances to find jobs as the following list:

About Department
The main goal of the Department of Computer Education and Instructional Technology (CEIT) is to educate individuals who have enough knowledge, skills and equipped education to be able to fulfill the requirements of the current information era, and to have all the professional abilities the area for which they are trained.
The department houses modern classrooms, fully-equipped computer laboratories and a smart classroom. Students may also benefit from wireless internet access and the library facilities at the university. The university offers various services for students’ social, cultural and academic development. Open and closed sports areas, canteens, cafeterias, student clubs, centers and the library are only a few of them.

The Opportunity to Get 50% + 25% + 5% Scholarship
Extra 25% achievement scholarships will be granted to international students who are to enroll in Eastern Mediterranean University during the 2021-2022 Academic Year (new registration) for Associate and Undergraduate Degrees.
Students will be eligible to benefit from the scholarship if they meet any of the below-mentioned criteria.
- To score minimum of 8 or more out of 10 from the university placement test administered in their home country.
- To hold a high school diploma average minimum of 9 or more out of 10.
- To graduate high school ranking first in class.
