Eastern Mediterranean University (EMU), Faculty of Business and Economics began admitting students to its new “Digital Marketing” master’s program without thesis. Approved by the Higher Education Planning, Accreditation and Coordination Council (YODAK), said master’s program to be coordinated by the support of EMU Faculty of Communication will accept students from the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) and international countries. The English-medium program consists of 10 courses and a project.
The non-thesis program is designed to help working professionals maintain a balance between their career and academic pursuits. It offers students a deep understanding of digital marketing while developing skills to keep up with evolving technology trends and the digital world. The program is perfect for professionals looking to build a career in digital marketing or enhance their current knowledge and abilities, with a focus on boosting expertise in technology trends and the digital landscape.
The Dean of EMU Faculty of Business and Economics, Prof. Dr. Mustafa Besim, made remarks on the topic, saying; “The ‘Digital Marketing’ master’s program to be carried under the body of the Faculty of Business and Economics, Department of Business will serve as a first in the TRNC. EMU launched the Digital Marketing Master’s Program with the intention of training individuals to train individuals for the digitalizing world, in line with innovative and contemporary education”.
