The Corporate IT Expertise Program offers an interdisciplinary education model aimed at training specialists who can integrate information technologies into business processes. The Corporate IT Expertise Associate Degree Program is approved by the Higher Education Planning, Supervision, Accreditation and Coordination Council of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (YÖDAK). The program’s educational activities comply with national higher education standards. It is structured according to higher education standards and aims to train qualified graduates recognized nationally and internationally.
Facilities
The Corporate IT Expertise program has a strong physical infrastructure providing practical training opportunities. Besides classrooms, the institution offers a wide digital working environment with approximately 200 computers in 13 computer laboratories. These labs enable individual and group work, internet access, and are equipped with current software. Supportive facilities such as a library, guidance and counseling units, cafeteria, social activity areas, and health services assist students’ academic development. Additionally, each student receives an institutional email address upon enrollment and has access to 24/7 internet zones.
Educational Objectives
Graduates from this field will play an active role in the digital transformation processes of public and private enterprises. Especially in areas with intensive digitalization such as e-government and e-health systems, where slow processes arise from users’ insufficient ability to use internet-based devices and technologies, corporate IT specialists will serve.
