Recognizing the early childhood policies in Turkey and in the world and examining the applications of these policies; pre-service teachers' professional perceptions and understanding in the context of early childhood policies, understanding issues covered by early childhood education policy; explaining the scope and importance of early childhood services; understanding the development of different early childhood programs, making comparisons regarding their purpose and scope; examining national and international examples within the scope of early childhood education policy.
