- Based on these policies, administer quality teacher education programs with a humanistic approach, adopt and administer a functional view of education reconciling society's educational expectations with the requirements of contemporary education, develop new models of teacher education responsive to the needs of society; develop, apply and improve the principles and processes of learning and teaching in line with the educational philosophy of teaching how to learn, conduct original high quality research in education, and present the results at respective national and international institutions, evaluate and improve the educational programs according to internationally recognized standards, create and raise public awareness with respect to education, generate and sustain respect for education in society by training successful professional individuals and researchers in particular, and good citizens in general are among the major goals of the faculty.
