About the Faculty
- EMU Faculty of Pharmacy was established in 2011-2012 academic year and is an English-medium faculty offering two programs: B. Pharm (five years) and Pharm. D. (six years).
- EMU Faculty of Pharmacy is an academic member of the International Pharmacy Federation (FIP) (since 2012). EMU Faculty of Pharmacy is first to be accepted from North Cyprus and the second one among the Faculties of Pharmacy from Turkey.
- Since its establishment, a total of 90 scientific papers are published in the reputed journals recognized by Science Citation Index (SCI).
- EMU Faculty of Pharmacy has students from 37 countries.
- Our students are active and represented as delegates by Youth Commission of the Turkish Pharmacists Association in Turkey as well as internationally by EMU Pharmacy Student’s Association (EMUPSS) in organizations like "The International Pharmaceutical Students' Federation" (IPSF) and European pharmaceutical students' associations (EPSA).
- Representation in these international organizations provide opportunities to
- travel and explore pharmacy practice in different countries by Student Exchange Program (SEP),
- attend conferences and workshops for further personal & professional development of your career.
