2021/05-1. Unanimously approved; For the Counseling and Guidance sessions to be held face-to-face at the EMU Psychological Counseling, Guidance and Research Center, fully vaccinated students are required to submit a negative antigen test result obtained within 72 hours before the session; Members of staff are required to have an antigen test once a week,
REASON: As the doors need to be completely closed and windows should only be half open from the top during the provision of psychological services due to the confidentiality principle (in order not to be seen or heard from outside), the room ventilation during the session may not be effective. To safeguard the health of both the clients and the staff, the aforesaid tests are required.
2021/05-2. Unanimously approved; antigen test screening of fully vaccinated students and staff be started in consultation with the Health Center.
