The aim of the course is to provide you with a basic understanding and appreciation of the functioning of a tourism and hospitality business enterprise on a national and international scale. As such, the course will emphasize basic concepts and issues peculiar to the effective tourism sector organization and management of business enterprises in the tourism, hospitality and leisure industry.
