Business Law (BDEM216)
The aim of this course is to provide students with a basic understanding of the nature and the main principles of commercial law, which includes the formation and discharge of commercial, and customer contracts; and companies’ law, together with the general conflicts of law. The local consumer protection laws and local employment protection legislation are examined.
