Corporate Cooperation Protocols

Eastern Mediterranean University, within the scope of institutional cooperation protocols it has established with institutions, professional chambers and associations, offers various training, scholarship and tuition fee advantages to the employees, members and beneficiaries specified in the protocols of the relevant institutions.

Collaborations can encompass associate's, bachelor's, master's, and doctoral programs. Furthermore, protocols may include joint training, seminars, conferences and workshops, professional development activities, and internship and career collaborations.

DAU Corporate Cooperation Protocol — Discount and Scholarship Rates

The following rates apply in addition to the specified base fee/charge type; the base is indicated in parentheses in each line.

For candidates with a 50% ÖSYM scholarship → it is topped up to 75%; for candidates admitted without a scholarship/paying a fee → 50% scholarship*

Foreign nationals (from outside the TRNC and Turkey) who are employees, members, spouses, and children of the institution.

Associate's & Bachelor's Degrees

Other programs: an additional 30% on tuition fees with scholarship; Joint Medicine (3 years) & Dentistry (2 years): 10%

* These two programs (75% completion and 50% scholarship) cannot be used together; also, the rates specified in this row do not apply together with the 25% discount in the first row of the table.

Candidates from Türkiye applying via YKS

Subject to the terms of the relevant protocol, candidates admitted to EMU through the YKS exam and covered by the protocol may be provided with additional scholarship opportunities according to their admission and current scholarship status, as indicated in the "Members of institutions, spouses and children who are Turkish or Turkish Cypriot citizens (admitted via YKS)" row in the table above.

In Eastern Mediterranean University's undergraduate and associate degree programs, students admitted with a 50% ÖSYM scholarship will have their scholarship increased to 75%; however, if they are not receiving any scholarship and are enrolled in a fee-paying program, they will still be eligible for a 50% scholarship. These scholarships are subject to the provisions regarding the continuation of scholarships in the Eastern Mediterranean University Student Scholarships and Reduced Tuition Fee Implementation Regulation.

How can you benefit from the corporate discount?

  1. Application to EMU
    The candidate applies to the EMU program they wish to study in accordance with the relevant application and admission requirements.
  2. Obtaining the Certificate of Entitlement
    must obtain a current document from the relevant institution (a current dated official document bearing the institution's stamp and signed by an authorized person or certified with a valid e-signature) demonstrating that they are an employee, member, or other beneficiary of the institution under the protocol.
  3. Submission of the Document to EMU
    The certificate of entitlement issued by the institution is submitted to the university (DAU Student Affairs Directorate) during the application or registration process.
  4. Protocol Compliance Check
    The candidate's eligibility is assessed in accordance with the terms of the program they applied for and the protocol signed with the relevant institution.
  5. Application of Scholarship/Discount
    Once the necessary conditions are met, the scholarship or tuition fee reduction specified in the relevant protocol will be applied.
  6. Completion of Registration Procedures
    After the scholarship/discount application process, the candidate completes the university's registration procedures.
  7. Updating Ownership Rights
    To continue benefiting from the advantages under the protocol, the student must resubmit current documentation demonstrating the continuation of their employment or membership relationship with the institution at the beginning of each registration period.
