Nutrition and Dietary Treatment (NUTD223)
The aim of this course is to identify the nutrients such as carbohydrates, proteins, fats, vitamins and minerals, their food sources, amounts needed and use by the body. It also aims to give information about food and drug interaction and the use of nutritional supplements. Introduction to the basic concepts of nutrition.
