Communication Mobility and Everyday Life (NMEJ214)
This course aims to study the diffusion of new communication technologies in the world and analyze interrelations between new communication technologies and people’s lives from different social groups according to cultures and institutions such as family, work, education systems in today’s world. By focusing on the social differentiation of new communication users (age, gender, ethnicity, and socio-economic status the course aims to understand new communication and mobility in everyday life.
