Bioinformatics and Computational Biology (BIOL312)
The course aims to present biological data by means of computer applications. Analyses of DNA and RNA nucleotides and amino acid series are done. Different software applications to understand biological data are presented. Examples like microarray data and interactions of protein-protein structures are given.
