Organised by Eastern Mediterranean University (EMU) Social and Cultural Activities Directorate, a comedy play titled “My Inclination Towards Love Is Because Of You” took place at the Rauf Raif Denktas Culture and Congress Center. Written and directed by Kayra Senocak starred the thespians Hande Katipoglu, Fatos Kabasakal and Irfan Kangi.
The play focused on the humorous relationship between men and women, telling the tragicomic story of two couples who reached the brink of divorce in one night. The play made the audience consisting of students, academic staff, administrative staff, and the general public laugh and think at the same time.
At the end of the play which received a standing ovation from those in attendance, EMU Vice Rector for Student Affairs, Prof. Dr. Hifsiye Pulhan presented the thespians a certificate of gratitude.
