Prominent Scientists among the Participants
The statement made by the 9th Işık Savaşır Clinical Psychology Symposium Organization Board is as follows: “We have specified the theme of the symposium as the frequently used metaphor, “Elephant in the Room”. Under this metaphor, we are aiming to share the known and unknown facts on Clinical Psychology with the leading scientists of the field and pragmatics who are from Turkey. Within this context, we were thrilled when we were informed that the symposium might be organized in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) and EMU. We are honored to host the symposium bearing the name of our dear Prof. Dr. Işık Savaşır who has always been remembered with respect both before and after her passing”. All scholars from TRNC are also expected to take a part in the symposium that is predicted to have high participation.
