World Renowned Chefs Teach in EMU

Eastern Mediterranean University (EMU) Tourism Faculty continues to increase the quality of its theoretical and practical education as each passing year.

  

Being offered by the EMU Tourism Faculty since the 2018-2018 Academic Year, this year’s Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Program Modular Training was held with the participation of German Chef Rene Klinkmüller, Italian Chef Emiliano Luggo and Turkish Chef H. Hazar Alıcı.

The world renowned chefs got together with EMU students. The students got the chance to have a one-week experience working on famous dishes from various fields of gastronomy such as Italian Cuisine, A La Carte Cuisine as well as A La Carte Baking and Desserts.

Providing its graduates the opportunity of working in the most important institutions world-wide, EMU continues to contribute its students’ developments with its modular training series. EMU students joyfully completed the one-week training which includes tasting different cultural food, learning different cooking techniques and getting information on the most important key points in the culinary world.
