The “Association for Computing Machinery” (ACM) Student Chapter of the Eastern Mediterranean University (EMU) operating under the Social and Cultural Activities Directorate delivered a seminar on the 3rd of April 2019. The seminar was delivered at the Computer Engineering Amphitheatre by Emrah Mete who works as a solution architect and senior data engineer at Turkcell. During the seminar, Mete touched on the topics of machine learning, artificial intelligence and their application.
The participants of the seminar obtained information about the industrial application of the current technologies. The event came to an end with a question and answer session which was followed by ACM Student Chapter President Hasan Erbilen presenting Emrah Mete a plaque of appreciation.
