EMU Winter Cup Tennis Tournament organized by the Eastern Mediterranean University (EMU) Sports Affairs Directorate commenced on Monday, 21 December 2020, at 17:00 with an opening ceremony held at EMU Tennis Courts. EMU Rector Prof. Dr. Aykut Hocanın, Vice Rector for Social and Cultural Affairs Assoc. Prof. Dr. Deniz İşçioğlu and EMU Sports Affairs Director Cemal Konnulu attended the ceremony.
On the first day of the tournament, total of 24 matches were played in 6 different courts in all categories. On 22 December 2020, the second day of the tournament, another 24 matches were played in 6 different courts, once again in all categories.
The final match and award ceremony of the tournament which is held in 18+ women and men, 30+ women and men, women’s doubles, men’s doubles and mixed doubles categories will be on Tuesday, 29 December 2020 at 19:00 at EMU Tennis Courts.
