Withing the framework of the international student exchange program settled between Eastern Mediterranean University, Communication and Media Studies Faculty, Visual Arts and Visual Communication Design Department and Robert Morris University, Media Arts Department, junior year student Cankut Fındık went to the USA to carry out his studies at Robert Morris University for a period of one semester.
As one of the elite universities of Pittsburgh in Pennysylvania, Robert Morris University Media Arts Department also hosted academics from Eastern Mediterranean University Communication and Media Studies Faculty, Visual Arts and Visual Communication Design Department during the past year. In this respect, Department Chair Assoc. Prof. Dr. Senih Çavuşoğlu and Vice Department Chair Assist. Prof. Dr. Fırat Tüzünkan delivered seminars and workshops, and organised exhibitions at Robert Morris University.
Both departments also participated in joint activities in the 2nd İstanbul Design Biennale organised by İstanbul Culture Arts Foundation.
