Eastern Mediterranean University Rector Prof. Dr. Aykut Hocanın had a meeting with the Rector of Rauf Denktaş University (RDU) Prof. Dr. Hasan Ali Bıçak at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, 18 December 2020. The said meeting took place at Prof. Dr. Hocanın’s office.
During the visit, possible future cooperation issues between the two universities were discussed. After the meeting, EMU Rector Prof. Dr. Aykut Hocanın presented RDU Rector Prof. Dr. Hasan Ali Bıçak a frame made of Lefkara Lace and an olive tree sapling, one of the symbols of the island of Cyprus, as a gift for the New Year. RDU Rector Prof. Dr. Bıçak also presented EMU Rector Prof. Dr. Hocanın a plaque.
