EMU Makes a Difference with International Collaboration Agreements

As an institution of higher education providing high quality study opportunities at international standards, Eastern Mediterranean University pays special importance in further developing its academic excellence as well as establishing international collaborations with reputable institutions. Having been working in collaboration with a considerable number of universities at the international level, EMU has established academic collaborations with a total of 24 universities from different corners ofthe world since 2014.

Among countries EMU has established collaboration protocols with since 2014 are the United States of America (Arizona State University, State University of New York at Fredonia), Denmark (Southern Denmark University), Italy (University of Bologna, School of Law and High School of Legal Studies of the “Alma Mater Studiourum”, Sapienza University of Rome),  Albania (Polytechnic University of Tirana),  Iran (Sharif University of Technology- International Campus-Kish Island, Tahran University of Medical Sciences), and  Lebanon (The Lebanese University).

EMU pays special attention in establishing collaboration protocols with prominent institutions providing educational opportunities at international standards. The collaboration protocols settled with prestigious organisations have provided extensive research  possibilities for the university’s academic staff in areas of science, medicine and technology. Through the settlement of the said protocols, student and academic staff exchange as well as research and information sharing between institutions have all been made possible. Eastern Mediterranean University also has the opportunity to award double degrees to its students in the fields of Medicine, Pharmacy and Law, thanks to the recent academic protocols settled between the university and prominent organisations.
