Eastern Mediterranean University Rector’s Office presented a plaque of appreciation to former staff member Necdet İcil, who recently retired.
EMU Rector Prof. Dr. Necdet Osam, Vice Rectors Prof. Dr. Ahmet Sözen, Prof. Dr. Hasan Amca, Prof. Dr. Hıfsiye Pulhan, Prof. Dr. Salih Katırcıoğlu and Prof. Dr. Bekir Özer, Rector’s Coordinator Assist. Prof. Dr. Arif Akkeleş, Academic Affairs Coordinators Assist.Prof. Dr. Hüseyin Etikan, Dr. İsmail Erkan Arkın, Student Affairs Coordinators Assoc. Prof. Dr. Derviş Subaşı and Sen. Inst. Mutlu Kale and Technical Affairs and Institutional Relations Coordinator Assist. Prof. Dr. Mürüde Çelikağ were present at the plaque presentation ceremony which took place at the Rector’s Office on 1 March 2016.
Following the start of his employment at EMU on 1 September 1985, İcil undertook various duties and responsibilities for 31 years. Prof. Dr. Osam thanked İcil for his valuable services and wished him a peaceful retirement.
