Eastern Mediterranean Universit Computer Programming Department 1990 graduate Havva Taçyıldız is successfully working as the director of one of the most important computer companies of Cyprus, Analiz System Özgü Ltd. Following her graduation, Taçyıldız worked in the banking sector for seven years and then started to work in Analiz System Özgü Ltd.
Talking about the activities of her company, Taçyıldız stated that they produce special software based on demand coming from state organisations and private companies. Taçyıldız also added that in Famagusta, Nicosia and Güzelyurt areas, they have brances under the name of New Tech Technology Market. The company also provides special training on standard computer use and expert system programs in various educational centers.
Stating that her success is mainly due to the education she received in EMU, Taçyıldız put forth that she learnt how to follow up innovations and developments in the relevant field, thanks to the life long learning skills she gained in EMU.
Taçyıldız also stated the importance of EMU within TRNC in terms of the provision of quality education. Taçyıldız also expressed her pleasure in following numerous EMU graduates’ success globally and added that Analiz System Özgü Ltd. has employed a considerable number of EMU graduates.
