Eastern Mediterranean University Education Faculty Fine Arts Education Department Music Teaching Program 2013-2014 Academic Year End-of-Year Concert took place at Rauf Raif Denktaş Culture and Congress Center at 7:30 p.m. on 2 June 2014.
Within the framework of the concert, departmental choir conducted by academic staff member Erkan Dağlı, guitar orchestra under the conductorship of academic staff member Erkan Sülün, solo performances and departmental orchestra under the conductorship of department chair Assist. Prof. Dr. Başak Gorgoretti attracted the interest of a crowded audience. The concert which featured Classical Western Music, Turkish Folk Music and popular pieces was like a musical mosaic. As the pionerring institution in the relevant field within TRNC, Eastern Mediterranean University Education Faculty Fine Arts Education Music Teaching Program received the admiration of the audience due to the successful end-of-year performance.
