Within the scope of the GAST 304 - Kitchen Planning and Design course, Eastern Mediterranean University (EMU) Faculty of Tourism, Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts third year students completed their education on Rational oven usage and received their certificates.
Within the scope of the course delivered by Rational Turkey Regional Sales Director Devrim Gümüşsoy, guest chefs from Turkey demonstrated different features of the Rational 5 Senses oven and cooking techniques.
Releasing a statement about the course, EMU Faculty of Tourism Dean Prof. Dr. Hasan Kılıç indicated that an important characteristic of Rational is that they only produce ovens and that they have two Self Cooking Center Rational 5 Senses ovens, which are the most used ovens in the world, in their application kitchen.
Prof. Dr. Kılıç, stated that the Self Cooking Center thinks and works together with the person cooking in order to cook the food in optimum fashion. The Self Cooking Center learns its user’s habits and preferences and can communicate with the user. Prof. Dr. Kılıç concluded by thanking Rational Turkey for their useful education.
