Eastern Mediterranean University (EMU) Faculty of Dentistry Dean Prof. Dr. Hikmet Solak break the excellent news that the Dentistry Polyclinic, established within the faculty, will start accepting patients very soon. In a statement made by Prof. Dr. Hikmet Solak, the following were mentioned:
“Whilst face-to-face education continues in the 2021-2022 Academic Year Fall Semester, our attempts to start clinical services continue at full speed. In this context, the 'Certificate of Opening and Operating a Dentistry Polyclinic' has been granted to our university by the TRNC Ministry of Health. Our clinic, which will operate with great care and in a safe environment with a unique design, will be equipped with the latest technology. The outpatient clinic affiliated to the EMU Faculty of Dentistry will soon commence admitting patients with its experienced specialist staff.
I believe the clinic will contribute to the welbeing of all our students, members of the public and staff. Our clinic will be open to anyone who wishes to get treatment. In addition, Faculty clinics will provide infrastructural services to dentists who wish to benefit from the aforesaid services. Those who want to benefit from physical facilities such as the operating room, tomography and similar facilities should are invited to apply to our Faculty. University possibilities will be offreed to all dentists within the framework of certain procedures. When our clinic starts accepting patients, we will share it with the public.
