Eastern Mediterranean University (EMU) Education Faculty, Department of Foreign Language Education organized 2019 – 2020 Academic Year Spring Semester High Honour and Honour Certificate Ceremony. The traditionalized certificate ceremony organized with the intention of improving the quality of education as well as increasing the success rate of the students was attended by undergraduate students and academic staff members of the department. Total of 39 students received High Honour and Honour certificates during the ceremony. Certificates were presented by EMU Education Faculty, Foreign Language Education Department Chair Assoc. Prof. Dr. Javanshir Shibliyev and academic staff members.
“We stand by Our Students”
During the ceremony, 19 students received High Honour Certificates and the remaining 20 students received Honour Certificates. The opening speech was delivered by Foreign Language Education Department Chair Assoc. Prof. Dr. Javanshir Shibliyev who thanked everyone participating or contributing to the event. Stating that the department will always stand by their students, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Shibliyev added that they are willing to participate in any kind of work or event which will contribute their students’ academic development. A group photo was taken at the end of the event and a cocktail was held.
