EMU CEC Offers World Cuisine Courses with Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Department

Eastern Mediterranean University Continuing Education Center is offering culinary courses on local and international cuisines both to EMU and local community in collaboration with Tourism Faculty, Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Department. Taking place between 11 May and 19 June 2015, the courses will be delivered by chefs who possess international certificates.

Having introduced an array of courses and certificate programs during the 2014-2015 Academic Year Spring Semester, EMU Continuing Education Center continues to provide services to EMU and Famagusta community. The culinary courses offered by the CEC will enhance participants’ creative skills by enabling them to put theory into practice.
