Eastern Mediterranean University continues its successful standing in Eduniversal Best Masters rankings. In this respect, among more than 1000 master’s programs, EMU Business and Economics Faculty, Marketing Master’s Program ranks 5th within the Middle East and Eurasia regions and 3rd in Turkey. Similarly, Banking and Finance Master’s Program ranks 9th in the Middle East and Euroasia regions and 5th in Turkey.
In addition to the two said master’s programs, Business and Economics Faculty, Business Management Master’s Program (MBA) ranks 15th amongst the master’s programs in the Middle Eastern and Eurasia regions and 6th amongst the said programs in Turkey. EMU Business and Economics Faculty Acting Dean Prof. Dr. Mustafa Besim stated that the evaluation of the said programs was conducted taking into consideration the curricula, employability of the graduates, faculty, university facilities and possibilities, number of students, student profile and program content. Prof. Dr. Besim also added that during evaluations, the findings of a survey conducted on deans were also taken into account. Prof. Dr. Besim put forth that the postgraduate programs offered by the Faculty of Business and Economics put extra focus on research and scientific work, which has posed a large contribution on the increasing number of publications by Master’s and PhD students. Prof. Dr. Besim finally added that as a result of all these positive factors, their programs have taken their well-deserved place in worldwide rankings of reputable organisations.
